You can access Secure Global Desktop server using a separate,
dedicated application that integrates with your desktop.
To install an Secure Global Desktop Client, follow the
instructions for your client device.
Mac OS X

- Download
the Secure Global Desktop Client for Mac OS X
, OracleSecureGlobalDesktopClient.dmg, to a
temporary directory on your Mac.
- Double-click Oracle Secure Global Desktop
Client.dmg to open the installer disk
image.
- In the window that appears, double-click
the Oracle Secure Global Desktop Client.mpkg
package to install the Secure Global Desktop
Client.
- Follow the instructions on your
screen.

- Download
the Secure Global Desktop Client for Microsoft
Windows, sgdcwin-en.msi, to a temporary directory on your PC.
- Double-click sgdcwin-en.msi to
install the Secure Global Desktop Client.
- Follow the instructions on your screen.

- Download
the Secure Global Desktop Client for Linux x86 32-bit,
sgdci3li.tar, to a temporary directory on your system.
- At a command prompt, extract
the tar file by typing
tar xvf sgdci3li.tar .
- Install the Client by typing
sh sgdc/install .
- Follow the instructions on your screen.

- Download
the Secure Global Desktop Client for Solaris OS on x86 platforms,
sgdci3so.tar, to a temporary directory on your system.
- At a command prompt, extract
the tar file by typing
tar xvf sgdci3so.tar .
- Install the Client by typing
sh sgdc/install .
- Follow the instructions on your screen.

sgdcspso.tar, to a temporary directory on your system.
- At a command prompt, extract
the tar file by typing

- Install the Client by typing
sh sgdc/install .
